Photographed in Joshua Tree August of 2020, Desert Mirror captures a moment unique to Southern California mystique: under a bleached sky, tucked imperceptibly amongst the barren rocks, is a piece of sky. Is it a cave? Is it a mirror? A trick of the film? Desert Mirror evokes Southern California's spirit as the doorstep to the imagination, a reminder of the unparalleled experience of living in a location that bends and blends dreams and reality.
